Meet the Mosley’s

Chef Anthony Mosley understands what it’s like when the odds are against you. Born and raised in the streets of Philadelphia he didn’t have a whole lot of opportunities, but he had dreams and perseverance.  

His goal was to go to culinary school and create some of the best cuisine America ever tasted.  He eventually made the decision to commence a culinary career and began his professional training at Lincoln Technical Institute & Center for the Culinary Arts for a two-year degree program, where his passion for cooking and baking grew.  He also studied International Cuisines such as American regional, world cuisine, French regional cuisine, Asian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, and pasty skills development.

BBQ was a passion he caught from cooking with his mom and working in various venues over the years.  His mom, a Southerner, shared his passion for cooking and taught him all she knew about barbecue and traditional southern cooking.  They always knew where to find the best ribs: the freshest ingredients and after years of learning all he could about BBQ his dream of opening a barbecue catering business emerged.

Upon moving to Wisconsin in 2023 Mosley’s Barbecue & Catering was born.  A 50-year obsession with one purpose: To delight Guests with the most enjoyable and authentic BBQ experience possible.  A passion for authentic BBQ is behind everything we do.
